Judy Zimet is an Arizona attorney and broker associate in Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Carefree, and the surrounding Sonoran Desert. She represents buyers and sellers who value a trusted advisor with an attorney’s depth of knowledge in estate planning and real property law, particularly in transactions involving luxury properties, equestrian estates, and properties with layered legal considerations. She is a member of the Compass Equestrian Division. Judy has held real estate licenses in three states and has closed over 160 transactions in Arizona alone.
Judy began her career in real estate over 25 years ago and later obtained her license to practice Arizona law to become a more effective advocate for her clients. She has held real estate licenses in Wyoming and Colorado and owned a real property forensic company in Montana. After working with law firms in Jackson, WY and Phoenix, AZ, she opened her own firm focused on transactional real estate and estate planning. Following the transition of her estate planning practice to Morris Hall, PLLC, Judy now devotes her full attention to real estate.
Her combined experience in real property law, estate planning, and high-value ranch transactions provides clients with a distinct advantage. Judy is not only skilled in pricing, marketing, and sales, but also brings exceptional strength in contract drafting, negotiation, and risk mitigation—delivering thoughtful, strategic outcomes in even the most complex transactions.
Judy founded Cheerful Heart, Inc., a Montana charity that provides nonmedical assistance to people with cancer, and Dog Is My CoPilot, Inc., a Wyoming charity that has saved over 45,000 animals by flying those at risk of euthanasia to areas where they are in demand for adoption. She supports the international Animal Legal Defense Fund and Arizona-based charities dedicated to animal welfare.
While all that sounds formidable and accomplished, put a furry animal in front of her and she melts. Judy has a deep passion for animals and a soft spot for every four-legged friend she meets.
