Cristina Diez is a trusted real estate advisor with the Riley Smith Group at Compass, one of Miami’s top-producing teams. A Miami native raised in Coconut Grove, Cristina brings a true insider’s perspective to her work. Having grown up here, she understands the unique character of each neighborhood, pricing trends, and long-term value allowing her to guide clients thoughtfully whether they are purchasing their first home, upgrading, or making an investment.

With over eight years of experience, Cristina has built her career in high-performing real estate environments where attention to detail, strategy, and execution matter. Cristina holds a degree in Psychology from Florida International University and is a proud alumna of Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart, an all-girls private school in Coconut Grove.This background gives her a strong foundation in communication, negotiation, and client advocacy, skills that are essential in today’s market.

Outside of real estate, Cristina enjoys traveling, spending quality time with family and friends, daily walks, and playing plenty of competitive pickleball. She is married to Lazaro Perez, a Florida-based real estate investor and CEO of Peak Cash Offers, with extensive experience in residential development and over 300 completed fix-and-flip projects across the state. They live in Coral Gables, where they are raising their daughter, Milena Rose.
