My passion and expertise lie in the vibrant Miami real estate market, where I specialize in helping both buyers and sellers achieve their dreams. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring a seamless transaction, I'm dedicated to surpassing expectations at every turn.

Having earned my master's degree from Columbia University and graduated summa cum laude with a psychology degree from the University of Miami, I bring a unique blend of knowledge and insights to the real estate arena. Since obtaining my real estate license in 2004, I've served as a lead agent for the Carole Smith Team, where I've had the privilege of managing our dynamic team and assisting our valued clients. Continually evolving and growing for my clients, my latest endeavor is principal realtor for the Smith Formosa Team.

 
As a native Miamian, my roots in this city run deep, and I'm an enthusiastic supporter of our beloved 'Canes. My alma mater, Our Lady of Lourdes Academy, holds a special place in my heart, just like the vibrant neighborhoods I serve. From Palmetto Bay and Pinecrest to Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, and South Miami, I've had the honor of helping countless families, including many first-time home buyers, effortlessly navigate the home-buying process.

Beyond my career, my greatest joys are found in spending quality time with my loving husband and two wonderful children. I'm an active member of the St. Timothy Parish School community, where I proudly serve as a room parent, volunteer, and engaged alumna. Additionally, I'm honored to co-chair the ARTS Alumni section at Our Lady of Lourdes Academy.

My commitment to the community goes even further. I'm a graduate of Leadership Miami, a prestigious program by the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, where my team received the coveted Project of the Year award for our impactful work with Chapman Partnership. We dedicated ourselves to helping the homeless through career workshops and successful job fairs.
