“I dream. I plan. I make it happen.”
Cristina Sison is happiest when she is closing real estate deals, planning programs with the Philippine American Chamber of Commerce and spending time with her family. Comfortable, confident and sometimes unconventional, Cristina drives results.
“I am really proud of what I do. Buying a home is the biggest investment a person will make. It’s my privilege to be work hard for my clients. To see their joy, it makes my heart full,” said Cristina, “I’ve been doing this for a long time. I go to extreme lengths to help my clients. One time after the senior vice president of the bank denied my client their loan, I went to see the bank’s president. We got the loan.”
Growing up in the Philippines, Cristina excelled in school and built a strong network with the nation’s political and business influencers. At age 23, she became the marketing director for a corporate real estate managing 60 people and in charge of a multi-million dollar sales quota.
“I learned to be fearless. I traveled extensively and loved my life. Then, my marriage broke up and suddenly I was moving to America with my young son and had to start again. It was terrifying,” said Cristina, “But you just have to keep going and know that it’s going to be ok.”
When faced with adversity, Cristina did what she’s always done. She dug in, worked hard and kept a smile on her face. Her positive attitude propelled her to build a new life in the Washington, DC area. She remarried, had a baby girl and built one of America’s most successful real estate businesses. She has closed more than $300 million in real estate transactions and has been ranked in the top 1% of real estate agents nationwide.
“Cristina is amazing. She takes the stress out of home buying and handles every transaction with incredible and confidence,” said Michael Williams.
Her record of success in real estate is unparalleled, but it’s Cristina’s dedication to the community that defines her. She is the president of the Philippine American Chamber of Commerce and frequently partners with other Asian American organizations. She’s also a member of Northern Virginia Association of Realtors and recipient of its Lifetime Diamond Award in real estate.
“I know what it’s like to be an entrepreneur and a dreamer. I love supporting my fellow Asian Americans in growing their business and realizing their dreams.”
