He started the process for us before we reached the states – even researching rentals and schools for our children so we could hit the ground running. We were not easy clients – we had a firm price point and very specific wants/needs in a highly desirable area, but he was patient and hung in there for as long as it took for us to find the right place – which ended up being about 8 months.
