"I went through VA Loan to purchase my house. She was very knowledgeable that she knew right away what would pass or fail VA home inspection. This made so much easier for me and the loan officer that I didn't even have to worry getting the VA loan approved less than 30 days. Her responsiveness was more than I expected. I lived in Orlando and purchased home in Tampa, about an hour and forty minutes away. My wife and I were disappointed at many houses advertised in realtor.com after driving for almost two hours due to the deceiving photos. She offered she would look at the house before we come.
