"After our dad passed away, we were left with the painful task of having to sell our family home of 60 years. Our mom who is 82 was so heartbroken and obviously at 82 not as sharp as she used to be. We knew it was going to be a difficult task, however, someone up above sent Crystal Baez to us to help us! Crystal was SO incredibly helpful to us and patient & understanding with our mom. She was so knowledgeable and not only took the time to explain things to my mom more than once if needed, but she would meet anytime and anywhere that was convenient for us. There were a few hiccups during the sale and whenever the possibility that our family could be taken advantage of, Crystal was RIGHT ON IT and she vigorously advocated for us each time to make sure we were taken care of and that the choices in the sale were what we wanted and not forced into. During the closing she held our mom’s hand and comforted her and we were all just so touched at how above and beyond Crystal went to make what could have been a horrible experience, one that we will always look back at with the feeling that we closed our “chapter” just how dad would have wanted.
