Crystal Crittenden

Crystal is a graduate of Virginia Tech and Georgetown University who discovered a passion DC real estate when she moved to the city 2000. Before long, she was buying and renovating homes in her spare time while working as an import trade enforcement officer with the U.S. Department of Commerce. In 2004, Crystal left the Feds and became a real estate consultant. Working with the JLC Team, she has enthusiastically served DC buyers and sellers, combining her proficient analytical abilities and attention to detail with her knowledge of old homes and renovations to guide buyers when comparing homes for purchase and sellers when preparing homes for sale.

Crystal's negotiation skills and ability to assess the value of a home through her vast understanding of the DC market have helped numerous buyers achieve their real estate goals. She values a personal approach and prides herself on her experiences as a DC home buyer, seller, renovator, and mom of two DC public school graduates (now at Ohio State and Iowa University). Crystal aims to empathetically treat each client based on their specific needs to tailor a client-specific plan for every purchase or sale.
