Crystal Dudkowski

Crystal lives in Southlake with her husband of twelve years and two little girls who are proud Dragons and immersed in Carroll schools, where she is heavily involved as a PTO board member and Carroll Education Foundation board member. She is also a board director at the Southlake Chamber of Commerce, helping lead Leadership Southlake this year. Her passion for real estate grew through her own experiences with transactions on personal properties, and is emphatic that the buying and selling process should be stress free and a rewarding moment in your life. She understands that aligning yourself with the right people is paramount, and has created strong relationships with industry partners to provide a level of support that is unmatched. Her primary goal is to create a client experience that is rewarding and fulfilling. Crystal earned a Business Degree in Information Management from Cal State, and prides herself on demonstrating high levels of confidentiality and business ethics as her client’s fiduciary. The purchase or sale of real estate is the most important transaction most people will ever make, and it is of utmost importance to Crystal that her client’s interests are protected. Through her own experience selling personal properties, she has an obvious confidence in guiding clients through the process. She gained experience in the corporate world through her early career at Allergan, Pacific Gas and Electric, and is keenly aware on how to build relationships that ensure her clients receive the best possible outcomes. When negotiating contracts, Crystal is trained in observing personality traits and makes sure to pick up on those subtle cues. Sometimes those cues are the difference in securing a successful contract. Crystal will always provide her clients a service that embodies excellence.
