Alexander Olivieri

Alexancer G. Olivieri is a Licesned Real Estate Salesperson and co-leader of the McCooey Olivieri Team.  He represents residential sellers, buyers, landlords, tenants, and investors throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties, providing a highly tailored approach to each client's real estate objectives.  His services extend beyond the transaction through Compass resources and trusted professional relationships in relocation,  property management, title insurance, mortgage lending, marketing, design, and related real estate services.  

A lifelong Long Islander, Alex was born in Southampton and spent his early childhood on the East End before moving to Manhasset, where he was raised, attended Manhasset High School, and studied Business Economics at SUNY Cortland.  Having lived, worked, and built relationships acrross Long Island, Aelx brings clients firsthand insidght into the disct chanracer, market conditions, and lifestyle considerations of both Nassau and Suffold County comminunities.  

Alex began his real estate career in 2015 as a marketing director for a Garden City firm, where he developed a deep respect for the role real estate professionals play in guiding families through consequential decisions.  His expertise in marketing, photography, presentation, design, and digital  strategy has become a meaingful advantage for sellers seeking elevated positioning and compelling exposure for their homes.  In 2017,  he was recognized as a Top 20 under 40 Rising Star in Real Estate by the Long Island Board of REALTORS.
