Crystalās journey into real estate began in 2003, when purchasing her first home sparked a passion that has continued to grow ever since. She spent over 20 years in the tech industry as a Product Manager and Data Scientist at leading companies including ServiceNow, Symantec, PayPal, Box, Walmart Lab, and Oracle.
After retiring from tech, Crystal chose to pursue her long-standing passion for real estate, bringing a thoughtful, well-rounded approach helping clients make confident, well-informed decisions at every step, offering:

Having lived in Palo Alto for over a decade, Crystal possesses in-depth knowledge of the local community and its surrounding cities. This local expertise allows her to provide invaluable insights to her clients, helping them make informed decisions whether they are buying or selling.
In 2017, Crystal embarked on the journey of designing and building her own home in Palo Alto. From architectural planning to interior design details, she was deeply involved throughout the process, gaining firsthand experience in property evaluation, construction, and working closely with builders and contractors. This personal experience is especially valuable for clients considering renovations or new construction after purchasing a home, allowing Crystal to offer practical guidance beyond the transaction itself.
Originally from China, fluent in both English and Mandarin, Crystal moved to the United States to further her education, earning a Masterās in Applied Statistics from the University of Iowa and a Bachelorās in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Crystal enjoys quality time with her husband, Cashin, son, Jack and a golden doodle, Auggie. Traveling, trying new foods and practicing yoga are some of Crystalās favorite things to do in her spare time.
