Crystal Montrone is a seasoned Realtor with Compass Hawaii, passionately serving local families since 2016. With a strong belief in real estate as a path to generational wealth, she has guided countless clients through homeownership, investment, and strategic sales across Oʻahu. Crystal currently serves as the Project Sales Administrator for Kuilei Place, a landmark development by Kobayashi Group and Blacksand Capital, where she plays a key role in one of Honolulu’s most anticipated residential communities.

Beyond her success in real estate, Crystal is known for her vibrant presence in Hawaii’s cultural and media scene. Crowned Miss Hawaii 2013, she later co-hosted the lifestyle show Livin’ Hawaii, using her platform to celebrate island living and community stories. A professionally trained dancer in ballet, jazz, contemporary, gymnastics, and hip hop, she has performed internationally and produced the first Generation Aloha dance team in collaboration with Hawaii Tourism Japan.
