Curman specializes in providing comprehensive real estate services in the San Juan Islands
of Washington State with great resolve and uncompromising integrity. She is fully dedicated

Curman earned a B.A. degree in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati. After graduating from the University of Michigan Law School with a J.D., she launched her legal career in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where she was a labor attorney for the federal government. Curman transitioned into corporate law working in Phoenix, Arizona and then in Seattle for one of the largest law firms downtown. In 1992, she started her own Seattlebased law firm where she practiced until 2014.
Curman obtained her Washington State real estate license in 2016 and loves using her seasoned skills to meet her clients’ goals. She additionally received advanced designations as an Accredited Buyers’ Representative (ABR) and a Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS).
Curman currently lives on Shaw Island, WA. She previously resided in Seattle for over 30 years, as well as in Mallorca, Spain and Bonn, Germany. Curman is a former President of Shaw Islanders, Inc., and the proud recipient of an SCCA (Sports Car Club of America) certificate from the Bondurant School of High-Performance Driving in Phoenix. Her favorite pastimes include enjoying the outdoors, boating, theatre, music, traveling, reading and learning.
