About Cyndi
With a degree in Business Administration and former employment with Nike, Microsoft, and Apple Computer, Cyndi Cummings employs an extensive marketing background to your advantage when buying or selling a home. 

Cyndiā€™s community involvement has helped clients to be more in tune with the area and its homeowners. She knows the various neighborhoods in detail and what the various communities offer in terms of homes, schools, and activities. Cyndi matches this knowledge with what people are looking for when they want to find a new home.

As the recipient of several prominent senior certificates, Cyndi is uniquely qualified to meet the specific needs of the aging adults and their families with specialized knowledge on aging and important health issues, as well as the financial and social obstacles that affect the majority of older adults looking to transition to a new home late in life. She has earned designations as Certified Senior Advisor, Certified Senior Housing Professional, and membership in the National Association of Senior Move Managers. She serves as Board President of AustinUP, Founder of Austin Senior Resource Alliance, President of LT Senior Services, and Board member of Chariot (formerly Drive a Senior). 

To best provide that hand-crafted service, Cyndi has invested a tremendous amount of time and energy in ensuring that she is educated and positioned to eloquently help older adults and their caregiver families. She has undergone a rigorous course of training and continuing education to achieve the exclusive designation of Certified Senior Housing Professional (CSHP) from The Seniors Real Estate Institute. In fact, as a standout student of the course with demonstrated success in working with senior clients, Cyndi now serves as a Seniors Real Estate Institute master trainer, conducting classes for other real estate agents interested in becoming CSHPs.
