About Cyndi

Cyndi began her real estate career in Nevada, where she first became licensed and quickly discovered her passion for helping people navigate one of life’s most meaningful milestones—buying or selling a home. Shortly after starting her journey in real estate, Cyndi and her family made the life-changing decision to relocate to Carmel, Indiana, in search of a better quality of life and greater opportunities.

After settling in Indiana, Cyndi joined the Laviolette Group as a transaction coordinator. There, she honed her skills behind the scenes, managing complex real estate contracts and ensuring smooth, efficient closings. Her entrepreneurial spirit soon led her to launch her own transaction management company in 2022. Over the course of that venture, she successfully oversaw more than 200 contracts, gaining deep insight into the transactional side of real estate and developing a sharp ability to anticipate and resolve challenges before they arise.

With a professional background that also includes hospitality, social media, and marketing, Cyndi brings a dynamic mix of people-first service and strategic thinking to every transaction. She treats each deal as if it were her own, guiding clients with clarity, care, and confidence from start to finish. For Cyndi, real estate is more than just a career—it’s a calling. Whether assisting first-time buyers or helping sellers part with a beloved home, she is dedicated to making the process smooth, rewarding, and stress-free.
