Cynthia Perry brings a unique blend of global experience, luxury service insight, and design expertise to her real estate clients on Florida’s Emerald Coast. A University of Georgia graduate with a degree in Interior Design, Cynthia’s passion for homes began early—studying blueprints with her father and touring homes with her mother sparked a lifelong love of real estate and design.

She began her professional journey designing furniture packages for condominiums along the Florida coast, discovering and quickly falling in love with the Emerald Coast’s stunning beauty. Cynthia then transitioned into the travel industry, starting in Orlando as a Business Development Manager for a travel insurance company. Over the years, she rose to executive leadership roles with two major travel insurance providers before joining as Marriott International Global Sales leading There, she traveled the world, forged lasting global relationships, and gained an insider’s perspective on the luxury travel and hospitality market—insights that now inform her approach to luxury real estate.

Working with luxury hotel brands and global travel companies shaped Cynthia’s deep understanding of elevated service and the high expectations of discerning clientele. Having come full circle in her career, she channels that expertise into real estate—helping buyers envision their dream homes, guiding sellers on strategic updates to maximize return on investment, and advising vacation rental property owners with expert insights from her hospitality experience. Often serving as a trusted advisor, creative designer, and sometimes project manager, Cynthia is hands-on at every step of the real estate journey.

Though she’s traveled the world, Cynthia has called the Emerald Coast home for the past seven years and believes its beaches are second to none. She serves on the board of the local UGA Emerald Coast Alumni Chapter and actively volunteers with her church and local nonprofits. Cynthia enjoys paddle boarding, kite surfing, boating, building sandcastles and family time at the beach. In the fall, you’ll find her cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs at the local alumni watch parties. She also loves to share her travel experiences and enjoys helping friends, family and clients design unforgettable vacations—just one more way she brings her global perspective home to the Emerald Coast.
