"In the past Cynthia helped me sell a home and purchase a new one. She just assisted me in buying another property and will facilitate the sale of my current home. She is the epitome of professionalism and presentation. She also possesses the exceptional gifts of not only being able to listen to a client's needs and aspirations but empathize with their anxieties and emotional attachments to their home. She does this all with a cool head and a sense of humor. I would not choose any other real estate professional"

About Cynthia
Cynthia Rosen is a second-generation California real estate professional who brings a unique blend of personal service and cutting-edge technology through her partnership with Compass Real Estate.
Cynthiaās passion for real estate began early while working as her motherās assistant. During that time, she also pursued a degree in Horticulture from Cal Poly Pomona, which sparked a parallel love for landscape design. After graduation, she launched a successful landscape company, balancing design work with her growing interest in real estate. Her talents led her to contribute to the concept and design of a thriving family winery and resort in Temecula.
After relocating to the Bay Area to start a family, Cynthia earned her real estate license and joined her husbandās wholesale mortgage company. Together, they built a successful business in both residential and commercial lending, eventually expanding into real estate sales in 2007. Cynthia transitioned to the sales side, where she and her husband now work as a seamless team, offering clients a powerful combination of real estate and mortgage expertise. Their partnership ensures clients receive clear, coordinated communication and efficient transactions from start to finish.
Cynthia continues to design landscapes for select clients and remains deeply committed to service. She actively volunteers with the Medical Reserve Corps and is a passionate advocate for animal welfare, supporting several animal sanctuaries. She lives in Marin with her family, a dog, and a beloved mini pig.
With deep roots in both Marin and Napa counties, Cynthia is dedicated to helping clients navigate home buying and selling with confidence, care, and a spirit of excellence.
