Born into a military family, D’Mitri learned early on that moving is more than just a change of address—it’s the art of making a house a home. Having lived across the country before the age of 16, he understands the logistical hurdles and emotional weight of a fresh start. Today, he leverages that personal history to ensure his clients’ transitions are as seamless as they are exciting.

Before joining The Berzak | Metcalf Team, D’Mitri served as a Real Estate Agent and Vice President of Agent Relations in Queens. His background in recruiting and training agents gives him a unique "behind-the-scenes" mastery of the industry. Real estate is in his DNA; he credits his passion to his grandmother, a respected community leader and broker in East Elmhurst for over 30 years. Now a Brooklyn resident, D’Mitri specializes in sales and rentals, bringing a curator’s eye to every transaction.
