Splitting his time in Saint Johns County Florida & Coastal Orange County California provides him a nuanced understanding of the true diversity in client and business resource needs. Now based in Florida, Dale is intimately familiar with the community and job resources in the areas, having both worked in a diverse work-field as well as owning, operating and employing individuals through his own business ventures. Dale has extensive experience in leadership and team development, sales management, e-commerce, vendor relationship management, sales and marketing implementation, investment property strategies, a master mechanic and expert problem solver in all things mechanical. Endless educational pursuits with ambition to master several trades, driven would be an understatement.

Having worked in multiple sectors of local government, retail, professional, and real estate, Dale has experience in hands on technical work, sales, marketing, interpersonal communication, business planning, analytics, leadership and management. He possesses degrees in Automotive Technology, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management (concentration Business Entrepreneurship) and is actively pursuing his JD/MBA.
