Melissa Touris is the founder and board member of SoldiersVillage, a non-profit with a mission to end veteran homelessness in North Texas through providing transitional housing and support to homeless veterans. 
About Melissa

Melissa Touris began her real estate career in the high-demand world of residential property management, working with major investment firms and financial institutions. She quickly excelled in this fast-paced environment, eventually expanding the firm’s REO division into two additional states. Melissa went on to lead the client services and leasing departments, overseeing a portfolio of more than 1,000 single-family homes.

Her success in real estate stems from a strong foundation in communication, relationship building, and delivering exceptional service. Known for being a thoughtful listener, skilled negotiator, and trusted advocate, Melissa is dedicated to helping clients achieve their real estate goals with confidence and clarity.

In 2022, Melissa founded SoldiersVillage, a nonprofit organization committed to ending veteran homelessness in North Texas by offering short-term housing and support services to veterans facing housing instability.

Melissa lives in Lake Highlands and enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, volunteering in her community, and getting out to the country whenever she can.
