Phillip Murrell

Phillip Murrell is setting a high bar for peers of the millennial generation as he steers a life-course as a residential realtor at Compass. After graduating from Baylor University, Phillip joined another brokerage where he was named "2012 Rookie of the Year." In the spring of 2015, he was named best realtor in Dallas by The Dallas Voice. Murrell serves on the Board of Directors of Black Tie Dinner and shares his expertise with several non-profit arts and health organizations. Immersed in designing individualized service to each client's need, he has an additional layer of personal expertise in taking "bargain properties" through metamorphosis to "hot properties" transformed with modern amenities, properly adapted to the neighborhood through appropriate architectural design and landscaping. Three years in the industry, his 100-unit volume had doubled each year with a steady increase in price per home sale. Murrell builds his center of influence through satisfied clients and community participation; he is humbled by client trust as he plots and pilots the process of their largest family investment.
