Dalton knows why you’re here, and wants to help -- you’re in New York because you want to be the best at what you do, and live your dream. Him too. Dalton brings compassion and understanding to every opportunity, with an intuitive knack for helping his clients navigate the choppy waters of finding the perfect home.
Dalton makes his own home in Hamilton Heights, and likes to share his love of New York neighborhoods and amazing architecture. His dream for New York is for it to become a first-rate green city and for gentrification to respect the neighbors (and culture) who have already lived there long before the evolution.
Dalton was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, the son of ranchers and the owners and friends of many horses. He studied acting and business at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. As a missionary in Chile, he learned Spanish, and, after a stint in L.A., found his true-love city and real estate destiny in New York. Dalton meditates daily (he calls it his “saving grace”); his goal is to be present at every moment and to take advantage of every opportunity put in front of him and his clients. Opportunities here, he believes, are plentiful.
