Originally from New York, Dan has lived in the Bay Area for 25 years. He holds a BA in Economics from Binghamton University in New York. Prior to returning to real estate sales he was in the Corporate Relocation industry for 10 years and successfully assisted thousands of relocating employees and their families move to the Bay Area. Dan`s experience serves him well in dealing with often complicated and detailed transactions. He has resided in Glen Park since 2005.

From stem to stern Dan was patient friendly knowledgeable and professional.   Dan patiently explained the process to my wife and I. He met us at our home at a time convenient for us taking time to educate us on what we needed and what was important. When we were ready to get more serious he showed us around a bunch of different neighborhoods even (on our request) to places he was pretty sure would go over our price range. Many of the good SF agents knew him which made us feel confident. He taught us what to ask other agents (e.g. How many disclosure packages are out?..) when he wasn't touring homes with us. His knowledge about the process and the SF market sped up the whole process for us which was important because we were on a timeline. In the end amazingly we only had to put bids on two houses - from when we were seriously looking until we had an offer accepted was 3 months. We've heard of people who spend 2 years looking and make 12-20 offers before they get a place. He had a sense of what the house sell for and what was important for the seller (in this case price and terms). Dan helped us to both buy and sell our house in San Francisco. When buying our house, we were living afar and Dan would review properties for us and accommodate our schedule in every way. We bid on multiple properties and Dan provided excellent advice on pricing based on comps and in multiple bidding situations. He was an excellent negotiator and looked out for our best interest at every stage.
