Dan began his career in Seattle, where he worked on new development and resale projects before bringing his expertise to New York City. Having been involved in new development initiatives in both markets, he developed a sharp understanding of design, marketing, and market positioning, allowing him to guide clients through complex transactions with clarity and confidence.

Dan resides in Brooklyn and holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Business from Arizona State University. Outside of work, he enjoys creative pursuits, cooking, working out, and running.
