Background & Experience:

Dan grew up in the San Francisco Bay area, attended the University of California at Santa Barbara and moved to San Diego in the late 1990’s. Through his father’s commercial real estate business, Keegan & Coppin Real Estate, Inc., Dan was exposed to the real estate industry at a young age. He spent his early professional years honing his organizational and communication skills within advertising agencies and other marketing firms. From this distinctive background and experience, Dan brings a unique understanding of marketing to his business, providing crucial insights and knowledge to both home buyers and sellers alike as they navigate the nuances of the real estate market.

 

Industry Recognition:

In 2014 Dan was recognized as a Top Buyers Agent at his brokerage and was a part of the Top Producer Club in both 2015 and 2016. Joining a luxury real estate firm in late 2018, Dan began working alongside some of San Diego’s premiere real estate professionals. In 2020 and 2021 Dan was awarded a ā€œLeading Edge Awardā€ with recognition as a company producer in the top 16% & 17% nationwide respectively. In 2023 Dan was also recognized with a "Gold Awardā€ for his previous year’s production placing him in the top 12% of agents company wide. One of the fun highlights of his career was getting the chance to be the featured agent on an HGTV episode of Tiny House Hunters in 2015.
