A dedicated lacrosse coach for more than a decade, he has mentored countless young athletes and will serve as the Head Coach of the Spanish River High School lacrosse program for the upcoming season. Coaching has reinforced the values that define his professional approach, preparation, leadership, accountability, and teamwork.

He is the proud father of a 17-year-old daughter and a 13-year-old son, and understands firsthand the importance of finding a home and community where families can thrive. In addition to his real estate career, Dan continues to practice law through his own firm and serves as Of Counsel with the Mineo Salcedo Law Firm. He is licensed to practice law in Florida, Colorado, and Washington, D.C., and remains admitted before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He is also a member of the Boca Raton Historical Society, reflecting his longstanding commitment to preserving and strengthening the community he proudly calls home.
