Serving in the United States Navy shaped a character of service while making sure that there is an objective that is met with firm resolve. Having been decorated in humanitarian efforts and the gulf war there is unanimous understanding of the lengths to which those are served.

Working for over twenty years with the banking and investment industries who’s who Lance knows how to represent his client’s interests. As an Executive Technical Director Lance handled the most important messaging from Wall Street’s best of the best and the staff that made their vision come to life. The efforts of many people are required in a single transaction and having the depth of experience in both the most difficult circumstances and the most celebrated events is a unique advantage. Contracts and execution are the tenants of a professional relationship while having a partner that has an unshakable determination working to meet your goal is priceless.
