He specializes in helping off island property owners prepare, market, and sell their Oahu real estate while living on the mainland, another island, or overseas.

Dan provides hands on support throughout the entire selling process, including repairs, property preparation, pricing strategy, marketing, negotiations, and closing. Clients especially appreciate his consistent communication, clear updates, and ability to keep them informed and confident throughout the process.

He also works with local sellers, buyers, investors, and those relocating to Hawaii, with experience in Honolulu condos, residential properties, and short term vacation rental properties throughout Oahu. Dan has worked in Hawaii real estate since 2011 and is known for his strong market knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to keep transactions organized and moving forward.

Originally from Wisconsin, Dan moved to Hawaii in 2003. Outside of real estate, he enjoys spending time with his dog, Brewer, scuba diving, exploring Oahu’s restaurants, learning to play golf, and following the Milwaukee Brewers and Green Bay Packers.
