Dana Austin

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Dana Austin has been a dedicated real estate broker for over 27 years, serving both California and the Pacific Northwest. In her tenure as a luxury real estate agent, her sales volume has ranged from $28-$32 million per year, she has trained and led sales teams in multiple luxury markets, and consistently ranked in the top 10% of agents in her region.

In addition to her management and real estate expertise, Dana has a background in design and fashion. She previously worked with iconic brands such as Kenneth Cole, Dr. Martens, and Sacha London; all roles which she has parlayed into her real estate career. As a real estate advisor, she’s brought her keen eye for style to her clients’ properties, truly making them stand out from the competition.

Dana strategizes with her clients on home staging best practices, design, and out-of-the-box marketing tactics so she can get their homes sold as quickly as possible. And her marketing and design strategies have paid off; in 2020 she doubled her office volume and enjoys longtime partnerships with her clients.

What truly motivates her though, is her passion for helping her community. Raised in Los Angeles by a social worker mother and advertising executive father, she learned how to be resourceful, dedicated, and have a strong work ethic from an early age Dana is an avid lover of LA, knows all the best restaurants and galleries to check out, and in her free time, enjoys going to the beach, and spending time with her children.
