Born in New York, and raised in Pebble Beach from a young age, the 17-Mile Drive was her playground growing up. A graduate of Robert Louis Stevenson High School in Pebble Beach and Southern Methodist University in Texas, Dana spent time living and traveling in many metropolitan areas before she decided to return home to "the good life," the Monterey Peninsula.

A dominant market leader, Dana is a true trailblazer, always looking for opportunities to "break the mold" and rise above the status quo.  Prior to teaming up with now partner, Mark Peterson, Dana was a consistent, top-producing individual agent, ranking year after year in the top 10 Realtors on the Monterey Peninsula.  In 2018 Compass asked Dana and Mark, to assist with founding the first office on the Monterey Peninsula in Carmel-by-the-Sea/Pebble Beach.   Following the launch with Compass, Dana formally joined forces with Mark, founding The Bambace Peterson Team.   

They have been a successful team, closing $561M in sales over the past five years (2019-2023).  They are the #1 ranking Compass team for the Monterey Peninsula area.
