I launched my real estate career in my 20s, fueled by a six-year mortgage background (2005) and zero distractions—no spouse, no kids, just pure drive and grit. Twenty years ago, in year one, I ranked as Top Agent at a fast-growing office and was invited onto the Board of Directors to train agents and model after a profitable brokerage. From there, I sought out world-class coaching, began coaching others, launched my coaching company in the year 2013, and stepped into a Team Leader/CEO role—where my team and I broke records in the ultra-competitive Hudson County, NJ urban, vertical market. After 26 months leading the helm, we surpassed $1B in sales volume, captured 25% county market share, and accelerated both revenue and growth.

Today, I'm highly energized by empowering consumers to buy and sell real estate. I also thrive as a public speaker, certified trainer, and real estate coach—serving as an international trainer, a firm-and-fair coach, and serve as a Co-Founder of a mega sales team across New Jersey, entitled the: Arrived Team. My mission is to equip agent-entrepreneurs to monetize their strengths and build generational wealth through real estate.
