Dana's passion for residential real estate and succeeding in initiating win-win transactions for her Sellers and Buyers sets her apart from others in the field. She embraces the work ethic and commitment required to locate the ideal dream home or sell a treasured investment in complicated markets. Dana also understands that no transaction is the same and that her clients come from all walks of life and with widely varied objectives.
Prior to real estate, Dana owned a successful WBE commercial construction company for over 10 yrs. During this time, she honed her negotiation skills, as well as out of the box marketing and technology skills, which she loves using to her clientsā benefit. With her construction background, Dana brings extensive construction knowledge, giving her clients a distinct advantage whether they are struggling with what needs to be done to sell their home, looking to purchase an existing home, or wanting to build a new home.
