Dana Forbes

A highly skilled and versatile real estate professional, Dana's clients range from businesses and real estate holding groups looking to invest in commercial property to millennials to vacation home buyers. A Long Island native with strong footholds in communities like Montauk and the Hamptons, as well as several years spent in New York City working on Wall Street, Dana brings a strong working knowledge of the area’s real estate stretching from the easternmost tip of Long Island to Manhattan. Her specialties include commercial properties in niche markets such as boutique hotels and high-end bank-owned real estate and residential properties along the Gold Coast.

After graduating with honors from Boston College with communications and finance degrees, Dana started her career working with prestigious institutions. The executive skills and financial savvy she honed on Wall Street led her to eventually help build, establish, and sell businesses in the fashion and media industries. Throughout her career in real estate, she’s experienced many opportunities, delving into new construction and working with builders to consult on every phase of the development process Dana has the experience to offer only the best service, from early plans and layout to their completion and ultimately listing and selling the properties. Dana also began working in commercial real estate sales with tremendous success, recently being awarded the Top Hospitality Sale, Suffolk County for a property her team sold in East Hampton.

Rounding out her work in real estate are the ever-present and rewarding experiences of assisting her residential buyers and sellers. Dana’s deep understanding of finance, investment potential, and the real estate market in general, is invaluable to her buyers when finding the perfect home or investment property. Her knowledge of renovation and building costs has also been extremely helpful for her residential and commercial buyers when looking to make changes to existing properties for sale.

Dana attributes her success in assisting sellers to get the most out of their property investments to her vividly creative designer’s eye and the marketing abilities she honed over her many years in finance and business development.
