"In late May of 2011 I was presented with a business opportunity which involved moving my family to Long Island. Not knowing anyone in LI we reached out to a college friend who referred Melissa. We didnt know much about LI so we decided to rent. We also have a special needs child so the "right" school system was very important. We are so thankful to have found Melissa. We had very limited time to find a house and we had very specific needs. Melissa went right to work. She did all the homework necessary to find the perfect school district for our childs needs. She then put listings together and spent numerous hours showing them to me. To our disappointment there was not alot of properties that we liked in the school district. Melissa then decided to e-mail listings (which met our needs) that were "for sale" to see if they would be interested in renting. What a fantastic idea!
