"I met Dani about 17 years ago in the line of work I was doing at the time. We quickly developed a friendship with absolutely nothing to do with real estate or buying/selling a home. It was pure friendship, and I had no idea of her profession or her employment aspirations. Four years later, during a random conversation with Dani, I mentioned that I had been looking to rent.
