"Erica and her team did an excellent job of selling our Dadās house. The house was built in 1984 but the basement was never finished and much of the house was in its original condition. In addition to hiring her as our Realtor we hired her as a designer and project manager. After establishing a scope of work and budget her team took care of the rest; delivering a ālike newā home with white glove service. The house sold within days of listing and her team remained engaged to help facilitate the logistics of the closing. With over 20 years of experience spanning business development, marketing, customer service, and technology, Danica brings strong business acumen to real estate. Her attention to detail and intuition successfully guides clients through the challenges of real estate transactions.
Initially licensed in 2006, Danica relaunched her real estate career in 2023 after the pandemic gave her time to reflect on her core strengths and values. Sheās always loved following the real estate trends, both locally and nationally, and exploring new areas of New England. Raised in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire, Danica grew up in an entrepreneurial family and learned from her parents' multiple businesses, including a small but thriving farm. She graduated from Colby-Sawyer College with a BA in Communications and a Business minor. Upon moving to Massachusetts for a job opportunity, Danica spent several years getting to know several communities including Weston, Waltham, Wellesley, and Arlington.
Danica and her husband Mark bought their first home in Reading in 2013, where they are raising their three school-age daughters and a sweet rescue dog. She actively volunteers at her childrenās schools, is the alumni news correspondent for the Colby-Sawyer Class of 2001, and is an avid supporter of her favorite charitable organization, The Child Rescue Coalition. Her ultimate life goal is to become a philanthropist, travel, and enjoy time with her wonderful family.
