Daniel brings to the Oldham Group both a degree in Finance from San Francisco State University and deep business management skills he’s learned from managing his family’s business for the last seven years. In fact, his entrepreneurial background, the potential for unlimited growth and opportunity, and the chance to meet and positively affect many people, are key factors that initially drew Daniel to a career in real estate.

Having lived in the San Jose area for most of his life, Daniel knows the communities and markets of the South Bay quite well, and being so involved in his family’s business gives him even deeper connections to the area. He has been described as honest, loyal, helpful, and kind, core traits he brings to his mission of helping people through the often complicated real estate experience by making the process as easy and stress-free as possible.
