I contacted Daniel for one of his listings in the midwood area and he was smart - knew all the comps in the building down to the price per square foot - honest in how he discussed the potential value of the listing, and a gentleman to me and my family. He represented the seller in the transaction and negotiated for the needs of the seller but everything he said was based on data and after meeting with him, I felt that we could trust working directly with him. After spending a few months getting to the closing table, there was a discrepancy with the accounting on the seller’s attorney side that caused some real friction. Daniel went above and beyond in remedying the discrepancy, allowing us to get to the closing table where the lawyers caught the issue. As we reopened from the pandemic lock-down and my former listing expired (different real estate broker), I connected with Daniel to sell a family member's Bensonhurst Brooklyn home. Daniel had already secured a home buyer for my in-laws home in Borough Park Brooklyn. Daniel did a great job negotiating this property sale and keeping it "alive" as roadblocks cropped-up several times! The home proceeded to a successful closing. Daniel and I met, we reviewed his listing approach, marketing material, database, and negotiation tactics that he felt would lead to a successful conclusion/sale. After answering all my questions and explaining several potential scenarios, I signed on with Daniel to sell our family home. Shortly after signing on with Daniel, he secured two offers, of which I accepted one. We had a contract in 30 days with an all-cash buyer that exceeded previous offers from other real estate broker. Daniel's negotiation skills were a significant factor in achieving contract closure. Daniel remained cool and composed (did a great job keeping me composed as well), Daniel would clearly communicate with the buyers, help them understand my position/needs, and overcome obstacles. Daniel was extremely helpful in negotiating with two young employed tenants to vacate the apartment so as to proceed to closing. Daniel negotiated around their "money-grab" tactics in a manner that was acceptable to me. Since I live out-of-state, Daniel always went above and beyond to keep the process moving and minimize my travel back into Brooklyn. Daniel even assisted with obtaining and transporting last minute items from my family's property and personally transported them to my brother-in-law's home in Brooklyn the week after the closing. I was very satisfied with Daniel and recommend him to assist in any real estate transaction (sell/buy/rent/lease). I found Daniel to be extremely reputable and above board."
