About Daniel
Daniel “Dan” DiPasquale’s love for real estate began in 2015 when he and his two childhood friends purchased a beautiful multi-family townhouse in Bedford Stuyvesant. Using their love for design and entrepreneurial ambition, they gut-renovated the townhouse and transitioned the building to a functioning rental property.

Fast forward a few years, and Daniel is still keeping close to Bed Stuy - now living down the street from his townhouse in a condo where he and his wife continue to enjoy the ever-evolving neighborhood. He also serves as the Treasurer of the condo’s Board of Directors and acts as the Managing Agent of the building.

Prior to real estate, Daniel worked in digital marketing, focusing on personal branding, search engine optimization, and website development. He has led teams at BrandYourself.com and Wix.com, with over 10 years of combined experience in sales and customer success. Daniel is excited to bring his unique tech background to the real estate space as a member of the Golan Team, assisting sellers, buyers, landlords, and renters throughout the New York City market.

Daniel is a Long Island native having moved to Brooklyn in 2013. He’s a graduate of Syracuse University’s multidisciplinary Bandier Music Business Program. When he’s not aiding his clients in real estate, he can be found enjoying one of the many establishments Bed Stuy has to offer. Many of his interests involve playing music with one of his bands, biking around to find the perfect New York deli sandwich, and checking out the architecture throughout Brooklyn. He’s also an avid home chef, continually looking for new and challenging recipes to add to a developing cookbook that he and his wife started writing during the darker days of the pandemic.

Client Testimonials

★★★★★

"As first time renters; we initially thought renting our apartment was something that we could do ourselves, but worked with Dan at the suggestion of a friend. We were dead wrong— we could not have done it ourselves, and Dan proved this over and over again through his hard work and professionalism. We could not speak more highly to his character, approach, and sensitivity. The value he brings is rather immeasurable, and we would work with him again, and again, and again. He kept us informed every step of the way, important to us as this was our first time, and ensured that we were comfortable and well informed through all stages of the process." - Sina & Blanca

“Honestly, I don’t know how I would have found my apartment without Dan. I was searching during one of the most intense times for renters in recent history and Dan navigated the process expertly. He was patient enough to explore all potential options, and attentive enough to keep me from settling on a place that wasn’t exactly right. In a red hot market, Dan helped me keep my head cool. My desired neighborhood and budget level put me in a challenging spot, but with diligence, Dan found me a new home that far exceeded the expectations I had starting out.” - Nick

"Dan DiPasquale was recommended to me by a friend, and I’m glad she connected us. In the summer of 2021, I was looking to move into an apartment, for the first time without roommates. This was a bit daunting at the start, but as soon as Dan and I began working together, the process became significantly less mysterious and intimidating. Dan’s consultative approach and ability to listen, helped speed up the search and signing process. I wound up with an apartment I’m extremely happy with, and I couldn’t have done it without Dan’s help." - Daniel
