Daniel Eppard

Having moved to the city in 1994, Daniel has an intimate knowledge of the many faces and personalities that make Los Angeles unique. He was motivated to go into the Real Estate industry after helping some close friends search for, and then fix up their first homes.

Before joining Compass, Daniel worked in the entertainment industry in a variety of roles including writing, producing, editing, and acting. He is extremely detail-oriented and possesses a strong work ethic developed from long hours on set. He is very tech-savvy, having worked with clients like Red Bull, Samsung, Viacom, The World Surf League, and Nike, among others, and has a real knack for marketing after creating extensive video content. He has taken all of these professional and life experiences and is now applying them to help his clients as a Realtor.

Daniel is an animal lover, outdoor enthusiast, and lifelong surfing fanatic. He has volunteered with numerous animal rescue groups including the Humane Society and the Animal Advocates Alliance. Having lived from Point Dume to Hollywood, he loves Los Angeles for its diversity and many cultures.

Daniel has been fortunate enough to join The Wright Way team, a well-established group based in Malibu and specializing in North Los Angeles. Daniel believes that buying or selling a home is a life-changing experience. He finds having the opportunity to assist his clients while establishing lifelong relationships very fulfilling.
