Daniel was AMAZING! This is our rst time listing a property and we decided to take a chance with him; it is a choice we will NEVER regret.
He listed our "Noleta" home last month and drummed up so much interest in the property that we had potential buyers accompanying their agents to the "agent's open house". Two days later when the ocial open house happened there were a little over 30 interested parties touring our home in a span of 4 hours. As a result of Daniel's local connections, social interactions with potential buyers, and ability to highlight the best features of our house, we had multiple oers...all ABOVE asking price and exceeded even our personal expectations!!
