With over 20 years of real estate sales and management experience and thousands of closed transactions, Daniel Marrello has always brought a tenacious work ethic and enthusiasm to the process of renting, purchasing or selling a home which he has brought to the agents he manages. As Senior Managing Director of Compass' 111 Fifth Avenue Office, he draws on his 15+ tenure as Senior Managing Director at another leading NYC brokerage firm, and is focused on building an even more dynamic and multi-faceted business at Compass with all it has to offer. Daniel currently manages a top tier roster of agents including top ranked Jim St Andre and The Vickey Barron Team.
Daniel's vast knowledge and industry connections, coupled with the unparalleled service, professionalism and leadership skills, are invaluable in navigating the intricacies of the NYC market. Remaining constantly "in the know" about everything going on with local and global real estate trends, he effectively educates both his agents and clients on making better decisions and deals. Daniel's has served on multiple boards for the Real Estate Board of New York which gives him access to principals and managers across the real estate sphere, and a broad, insightful opinion overall.
Originally from Bergen County, NJ, Daniel holds a degree in Finance from the University of Rhode Island. Outside of his work commitments at Compass, he enjoys snowboarding, travel and fitness. Over the last few years Daniel has successfully opened 4 boutique fitness studios here in NYC. Daniel has completed seven triathlons including the NYC twice, plus has run the NYC Half Marathon twice.
