With a degree in Business Operations, a data-driven mindset, and an insatiable passion for technology, Daniel is one of those rare people who truly loves what he does, and it shows. Daniel began his real estate career in 2005, where he joined a group of high-performing agents averaging over $10 million in monthly sales. During this time, he met future business partner Paul Fennell. Together, they founded FLUX Real Estate in 2011, a brokerage that went on to close nearly 2,000 transactions and approach $1 billion in sales. In 2025, Daniel and Paul merged their firm with Compass to form FLUX at Compass, combining their boutique service model with Compass’s cutting-edge technology platform.

Guided by his “Kaizen” spirit of continuous improvement, Daniel is constantly developing systems, tools, and marketing campaigns that help his clients and brokers thrive.
