Daniel began his real estate career in 2005, where he joined a group of high-performing agents averaging over $10 million in monthly sales. During this time, he met future business partner Paul Fennell. Together, they founded FLUX Real Estate in 2011, a brokerage that went on to close nearly 2,000 transactions and approach $1 billion in sales. In 2025, Daniel and Paul merged their firm with Compass to form FLUX at Compass, combining their boutique service model with Compass’s cutting-edge technology platform.
