About Daniel

Since 2005, Daniel Renne has mastered nearly every corner of the real estate world, from new construction site sales and long-term investments to traditional buyer and seller representation, large-scale seminars, and flipping auction properties. With over two decades of full-time experience, Daniel has consistently delivered success for his clients and teams across market cycles, projects, and strategies.

With a degree in Business Operations, a data-driven mindset, and an insatiable passion for technology, Daniel is one of those rare people who truly loves what he does, and it shows. He is known for his analytical curiosity, always digging deep to uncover the smartest and most strategic path that aligns with each client’s goals and timeline. His mission is to give every client the knowledge and confidence to make empowered real estate decisions.

Daniel began his real estate career in 2005, where he joined a group of high-performing agents averaging over $10 million in monthly sales. During this time, he met future business partner Paul Fennell. Together, they founded FLUX Real Estate in 2011, a brokerage that went on to close nearly 2,000 transactions and approach $1 billion in sales. In 2025, Daniel and Paul merged their firm with Compass to form FLUX at Compass, combining their boutique service model with Compass’s cutting-edge technology platform.

Guided by his “Kaizen” spirit of continuous improvement, Daniel is constantly developing systems, tools, and marketing campaigns that help his clients and brokers thrive. His passion for service, technology, and strategy, combined with his extensive background in business and real estate, makes him an indispensable partner and a driving force in every project he leads.
