“Dan was my father's next. door neighbor for a few years before my father passed. He was an excellent neighbor to my elderly father and when it came time to sell his home, my siblings and I interviewed Dan along with a number of other agents. We chose Dan because of his knowledge of the market and he had the best understanding of our needs in selling the house. The house was quite outdated and needed renovations and updating prior to listing. Dan's knowledge of the market conditions, return on investment and time frame in completing the work were instrumental in helping us decide what renovations should be done. Dan worked with us to find an architect, contractor (and he met them with us). He worked closely with me and the contractor through the entire renovation process to make sure things were satisfactorily progressing. I give Dan the highest rating for all of the above categories and wish there was a rating above excellent. He helped during the entire process, from walking us through multiple houses, finding great properties, and listening to our list of requirements about layouts. He set up an automated report as new homes entered the market. We were able to view some houses on the day they became available. This helped us move quickly when we found our ideal home.
