About Jen

In 2020, Jen and her husband Ryan moved from NYC on a pandemic whim. With Ryan being a professional musician, it was a toss up between LA, Austin, and Nashville…hello Nashville!

In 2022 Jen took her real estate pre-licensing courses, and then a gig as an office manager at a brokerage - Parks Real Estate East Nashville - as way to learn the industry from the inside out. After building relationships and the trust of agents in her office, Jen branched out and started her own contract-to-close business, gaining a hands-on understanding of the the high intensity period between a property going under contract and the closing table.

As described by one of her colleagues, Jen’s an outdoor cat not an indoor one, so in early 2025 she dumped the desk, hit the streets as a Realtor, and couldn’t be happier. With a long history in hospitality management, Jen brings with her an intuitive edge to customer service for her buyers and sellers. As a native NYer she brings hustle and experience working with folks from all walks of life.
