Daniel Toccin

In the past 42 years, Danny Toccin has been involved with owning and managing his own residential real estate portfolio. After brokering the sale of his own portfolio, he continued his path in listing and selling residential properties. Residing in Miami for over 40 years, Danny has been through the ups and downs of the cyclical real estate market and has the ability to navigate the best times to purchase and sell. This strength, along with his expertise in negotiating, allows his clients to get the best possible results. Upon negotiation of price, Danny completes the rest of the transaction with a hands-on approach by selecting inspectors, contractors, and closing agents, which creates a stress-free process for his clients. Danny also enjoys the client-facing aspect of real estate, and developing strong relationships with many of his clientele, “after each and every residential transaction, I have become personally friendly with my clients. Danny has been actively involved in the South Florida community for many years supporting important causes and projects. He is a member of the Merrick Society of the University of Miami, Founder of the Diabetes Research Institute, Founder of Baptist Hospital and Founder of Project Newborn. Among all of his outstanding contributions, it’s his leadership and ability to motivate others which has been instrumental in achieving success on numerous platforms both personally and professionally.
