Daniel approaches real estate as he does everything in life – with passion, hard work, and dedication. As a young man living in Colombia, he began investing in real estate as soon as he could secure financing. And he’s continued buying and selling properties in the U.S. and abroad. His in-depth understanding of the real estate industry and its processes and transactions gives him first-hand knowledge of his clients’ needs.

With a degree in accounting and international business from Baruch University in New York, Daniel can expertly guide his clients through all the financial aspects of any real estate transaction. When he’s not busy with real estate, Daniel enjoys inline speed skating, a hobby he took up as a teenager. He skates on a team, and loves the sport and the lessons it’s taught him: hard work always pays off; compassion creates efficacy; and the best results always come from authentic collaboration.
