"Daniel was recommended by one of our friends when we are searching for houses. He basically has everything you need when asking for an agent: 1. Patience: we started with him in the summer of 2016 and closed our place at January 2017. During the time, he was very patient of hearing us ideas, recommending places and scheduling appointments for us, as we were not sure where to look for, we started in the city and ended up at suburb. He didn't push us to counter the offer(like other agents probably) but rather making suggestions and help us research the statistics. 2. Negotiation Skills: Daniel helped us not locked down the price the on we bought, he actually helped us knocked down 2 other offers with ideal prices. The main reason I wanted to recommend him to others is that he's willing to go an extra mile to help you and he's always proactive. To give you an example, I have to close the deal remotely so he went to the property many times to make sure everything is fixed/in working condition and he even helped me move some furnitures from my previous rental apartment to my new home while I was out of the country. About Daniel
Xinlong worked as a fixed income trader before he decides to pursue a career in real estate. In 2015 alone, he has completed more than seventy real estate transactions. Xinlong has comprehensive understandings of most buildings in the downtown area and extensive knowledge of Chicago neighborhoods. He can easily explain and identify the best properties available for a client's needs. Most important, he has the ability to get deals closed at a good price. With his financial background, he is very familiar with the numbers for each of the investments.

Xinlong received his Dual Honors Bachelor Degree from the Ohio State University and obtained his Master's Degree in Financial Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He wants to make the world a better place and is actively involved in social contribution and philanthropy events. He started Edge Club with his friends in 2013, which aims to help young Chinese professionals connect together through hosting workshops and various events.
