"It was extremely pleasant to work with Daniel. I have no idea what I was facing when I was looking a condo to invest. But Daniel is professional and quick on response. He is everything one expect an agent. He can always offer useful suggestions and knows the answers to all the questions I asked, and he also has patience my silly questions. Daniel is responsible and will go through every step with me before hand to make sure things go right. I'm really glad and honored to have him as my agent, as well as friend. The sales process is going to be so hard for me if won't for his help. Thank you so much Daniel, and also May who has been so helpful and nice, for everything:) thousands times five stars."
"Daniel was great! He really spent time on his research and met our needs. He also is very prompt in responding and communicating, which is the key because timing is everything when purchasing properties. He also is bilingual so if you are looking for someone who speaks Chinese, he's the guy to go for in Chicago."
"Daniel was recommended by one of our friends when we are searching for houses. He basically has everything you need when asking for an agent: 1. Patience: we started with him in the summer of 2016 and closed our place at January 2017. During the time, he was very patient of hearing us ideas, recommending places and scheduling appointments for us, as we were not sure where to look for, we started in the city and ended up at suburb. He didn't push us to counter the offer(like other agents probably) but rather making suggestions and help us research the statistics. 2. Negotiation Skills: Daniel helped us not locked down the price the on we bought, he actually helped us knocked down 2 other offers with ideal prices. If you are looking someone who really wants to save your money, he is the guy! 3. Research skill: I know most of the agents have their database of researching, we have actually contacted with another agent earlier than we met Daniel and the data she provided us is very minimum. However when Daniel was helping us researching the building when we are looking a Condo, he got us all the details including the financial statements of the building , that we'll know how the association is operating the building and will there be any potential special HOAs or huge increase of HOAs. He also recommended us reasonable and solid inspectors, lawyer, and our loan agency. Everything was pretty smooth during the process. As this is the first time we are buying a home, he did make sure that he was taking good care of us. If you are looking someone who is really there to assist you, help you and has an expertise in this industry, Daniel and you'll not waste your time nor money."
"I'm not going to comment on Daniel's professional expertise because I think it's more than enough. The main reason I wanted to recommend him to others is that he's willing to go an extra mile to help you and he's always proactive. To give you an example, I have to close the deal remotely so he went to the property many times to make sure everything is fixed/in working condition and he even helped me move some furnitures from my previous rental apartment to my new home while I was out of the country. He can also proactively remind me of the next steps and what to expect. The home purchasing experience with him is fun, adventurous, and well-informed. He's the kind of people you want to work with and rely on."
"Daniel had been very helpful in the process. We are from out of state and were not familiar with the process here at all, but Daniel very patiently explained everything to us many times. He was very professional, punctual, and generous. He is also very honest and responsive in our communications. If I were to buy another property in the future, I would definitely up Daniel again."
